About the project
The building is divided into four blocks, neighboring on the central atrium with an open pool on the roof. The pool has transparent bottom and in sunny weather will send splashes of light all over the interior. The blocks are arranged in a step-like manner, and roofs of lower floors become open green terraces for the upper ones. This makes the residents feel close to nature and enables them to get to their part of the house either from the central hall or along the outside spiral ramps. Vertical walls of the building seem to melt into the environment, featuring bright color spots and clad with reflective planks.
