Best Project of Building or Facility by Student

About the project
The architecture of institutional & cultural buildings for the appreciation and creation of visual arts in the Philippines does not fully consider people with disabilities. Furthermore, the design approaches in consideration of people with disabilities lack creative application and exploration. Architecture can play a role wherein it creates a specialized facility that empathizes with Filipino visual artists with and without disabilities.
