About the project
The total area of the complex standing on the site of 4,400 m2 is 25,900 m2. The IT cluster is designed in accordance with sustainable architecture principles and comprises two laboratory buildings, intended for IT development, training, lectures, etc.; a public building; a data center; and an underground parking for 220 cars. The design concept was developed in accordance with the surrounding grounds, pedestrian flows, and scenery spots. The finishing features two styles: on the outside, the building is designed to fit into the environment, and on the inside it is clad with perforated fractured yellow and orange cover. Thus, a building resembles a treasure box with unique and state-of-the-art interiors.
