House in Jurmala

Best Implemented Project of Private Residence

About the project
Both the local landscape and climate determined this house’s layout. Standing between ancient pines, it outlooks south. The concrete texture of the walls and the picturesque landscape complement each other. The inside green court separates the bedrooms from the public area of the house, which comprises two differently levelled volumes. The lower one includes children’s and guests’ rooms, and the higher one — the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, and the master bedroom.
