About the project
Development of the premises at the Vyborgskaya Side includes establishment of public pedestrian routes to connect the designed sites. The author has designed a development with three types of housing – terraced, two-level terraced and lamellar, and is integrated with the public and business functions. The site is divided into three blocks, with numbers of storeys reducing towards the Chernaya Rechka.

Two-level housing is an experimental type, where terraced buildings stand vertically one above another. Each of the blocks has independent entrances on different sides. Lower blocks have surrounding grounds, and upper ones – terraces and green roofs.
