About the project
An architectural memorial and a cultural heritage site, located between the Okhta and the Neva, is a material memento of the Novocherkassk Regimen.

The premises of the ex-barracks are perfect for a multi-functional creative venue with landscaped surroundings that will support creative spirits in the citizens, promote minor businesses development and offer training opportunities.

The site is to be divided into several functional zones, with a central highlight designed as a lighthouse and some facilities telling the story of this place. The existing buildings will be connected by an atrium.
