Apartment at Krestovsky Island

Best Implemented Apartment / Private House Interior Design Project

About the project
The customers contacted the designer when they were only going to buy the apartment. Their choice was a unique place with sloped ceilings and skylight windows.

Surprisingly, the most interesting place in the apartment is its long corridor with vaulted ceiling, expressive moldings over the made-to-order doors and the window opposite the entrance. The apartment is located in a newly build house, but the designers managed to create an interior that looks as if many generations of the family have been living here. Wooden window shutters and a real fireplace in the sitting room contribute to the atmosphere of European Neo-Classicism. Grey and blue gradient walls became a cool background for the paintings.

The interior is really timeless — just like the customers wanted it to be.
