The building’s appearance is defined by the existing urban context and designed in a traditional eclectic style. The proportions of vertical divisions, horizontal cornices, vertical profiles, and details relate the building to its historical surroundings. Facade materials include light beige limestone, light gray and dark gray granite of various textures, beige-colored architectural concrete panels with ornaments, beige decorative plaster, and dark gray metal elements.
The building consists of two sections, 6 and 8 floors high. The courtyard features a landscaped stylobate with recreation areas.
The first section is set back considerably from Chapygina Street, creating an open space with landscaping and amenities, opening the street perspective and providing optimal views. The second section, located along Chapygina Street, has a symmetrical composition framed by two accent towers at the corners.
