About the project
The center building will adjoin the ex industrial premises and become the heart of the Embankment. Designed as an office tower with a public center, it will comprise an exhibition venue, a multifunctional lobby, several restaurants, and a co-working zone.
Entrances located in the opposite sections ensure connection of the various functional zones adjoining the site, like the residential quarters and the public spaces, and the embankment
