About the project (provided by the applicant)
Kordan Family Villa with 850m2 area located in a 1600m2 garden and adjacent to the river on Kordan foothills.
Some specified points were considered from the beginning as the fundamentals of design according to the general demands of the client and general conditions: building a family summer house with full leisure facilities, creating a modern volume with traditional and local materials and also elimination of visual disturbances existed in the neighborhoods and making the most of the natural landscape.
