About the project
The design site offers the views of the Volga, the Zhigulevsk Mountains, and Samara. It’s located away from the city center with its busy streets and has a challenging terrain.
The author suggests building a wellness and recreation center here that will comprise living, healing, and leisure arrangements, including a SPA center and entertainment options. The terrain was used as an advantage to locate a terraced structure and fit it harmoniously into the landscape. The panoramic glazing and infinity pool let the guests enjoy the beauty of nature from the inside.
