About the project
The design site is located in the premises of the Heat Station, near the University.
However, the site should be used for the benefits of the entire city, that’s why some of the existing buildings have been preserved to become living units. The main building of the heat station will be used as a school. Two new facilities are designed – a public center that reechoes the style of the surviving units and a recreation unit that will enhance the urban environment.
