About the project
The key subject of the project is modernization of outdated housing and the surrounding grounds in accordance with contemporary standards.

It was decided to do the following: to make facades and outdoor amenities aesthetically attractive; to build-up the existing housing and making it split-level; to deal with defects of layouts, increasing total area of apartments; to design a multi-level space in the yard, ensuring sufficient number of parking places; to establish functional zones for various age groups.
