About the project
ANNOA is a company located in the city of Cuenca Ecuador, whose founder is a Spanish businessman in partnership with an Ecuadorian entrepreneur. The company started in a small space before the COVID epidemic and in a short time managed to position itself in the city market. However, like the vast majority of people, the virus disrupts the normal development of the entity and is nothing more than Until after the pandemic and with the economy affected, the partners decide to commission a project where large economic resources are not involved in its construction, for this there is land in a sector far from the city with a rural environment and where the context is surrounded of mountains and trees, a locality called ¨Turi¨, then it is proposed to use maritime containers due to the ease of modulation and to conceive less weight on the ground since the area to be built has low compression resistance.
