About the project
The address of the construction site inspired the authors to refer to the Oriental culture, bringing in rock gardens, wooden architecture and austere proportions. Stone and wood were used to feature natural textures: endwalls of the 13-storey blocks were stone clad, and sidewalls were finished with wood.

Special attention was paid to everyday environment, comfort and safety. Internal premises are divided into several zones intended for various leisure types. The architectural solution ensures harmony of personal and public, natural and high-tech.
