About the project
The project provides for design of sections of low- and medium-high houses with several towers, as well as design of visual connections and pedestrian axes. The architectural solutions include light and shade space modeling; alternative energy sources like wind generators and solar energy collectors; use of vintage structures and stained glass (yellow for sun and blue for the waters of the gulf, merging together into the green hue featuring green architecture). Front facades are divided by horizontal landscaped pergolas, and top storeys with terraces.
Inner facades are vertically structured by glazed balconies and bay windows. Balconies with colorful glass pillars act as connecting elements.
