About the project
The key objective was to totally reconstruct the rooms in compliance with their functionality and the newly designed library concept. The inner layouts and zoning provisions were changed, plus the building was made accessible for the disabled. The lobby, the subscription room, the concert hall, the creative workshop, the coworking zone, and the multimedia park are inended for enlightenment, leisure, and professional events. Panoramic windows in the subscription room offer a stunning view of the Neva Embankment.
