Here, modern design approaches are combined with traditional development, delivering a mix of Leningrad-style constructivism and current architectural trends. The residential estate favorably fits into the existing background, and thanks to architectural highlights, it is a highlight in the perspective of Ligovsky Prospect.

The complex layout follows the axial plan and complies with town-planning logics of the district. Buildings of this development create two consequent yards, with a through passage from Ligovsky Prospect.
