About the project
In the first place, the designers wanted to enhance the urban environment in the district, and reconstruction of the building and construction of the new house near it with a fence and a landscaped small park with a fountain met the challenge.
All the facilities under the project feature the same laconic style and are built of red bricks. The building from the scratch is finished with Clinker panels, which makes it match the ex Possel factory located and the overall industrial landscape nearby.
