About the Project
This project features an attic in a building on the premises of the Rassvet factory in Moscow, which is now under restoration. The customer spends most of the time abroad, and the goal was to create an interesting and comfortable place where he would stay when he arrives in Moscow. The attic space is functional and free from unnecessary details. The color palette is based by complex tints. The interior combines minimalism and industrial elements.
The apartment area originally was 65 m2. After construction of a mezzanine, it increased to 84 m2. The project includes plenty of furnishings: on the walls, there are photos by Kirill Ovchinnikov, and the interior makes use of lots of matching accessories from different cultures and countries (Asia, Africa, Belgium), which help create an integrated image.
