Located in Maputo, Mozambique, Maresias Residential is an apartment building that spans across 7 floors: a basement dedicated to parking, apartments from the ground floor to the third floor, and an exquisite duplex apartment occupying the fourth, fifth, and sixth floors.
The construction was meticulously planned, with underground parking and two apartments per floor, strategically positioned to offer panoramic views of the sea.
This architectural project transcends the conventional, assuming the role of a protagonist by reshaping the urban landscape and leaving an indelible mark. More than just a mere building, it's a haven for families.
Just as living beings reflect the original environment they inhabit, in architecture, we believe that the challenge is to integrate the project into the natural setting, evoking novel sensations and providing unique experiences for the residents.
