The project is an “all inclusive” family and adult hotel for the Margaritaville Beach Resort brand in the hotel zone of Cancun, Quintana Roo, with an approximate constructed area of 46,000m2 and a total of 355 keys. The rooms are distributed into subtypes according to the location in the building.
The hotel also includes different consumption centers such as restaurants, bars, entertainment centers, spa, multipurpose areas, sky wedding, as well as administrative areas, industrial and service areas, as well as independent circulations for guests and service/administrative staff distributed in 5 levels.
The hotel is located 16 kilometers from Croco Cun theme park and 12 kilometers from Xoximilco. The Cancun International Airport (CUN) is located 19 kilometers away and 49 kilometers away you can visit the famous Fifth Avenue in Playa del Carmen.
