Mega Dune Ecolodge

About the project
Eco-tourism and eco-lodges thrive on nature, demanding sustainable development for site improvement. This approach is a win-win strategy. This project delves into environmental concerns, traditional architecture, and local culture to propose an eco-friendly, comfortable structure that blends with its context visually, functionally, and emotionally. Taking cues from the local oasis, a desert treasure, the design offers a dual identity. Externally, transparent tent-like forms merge with the landscape, letting the sand create soft dunes. Internally, a distinct spatial comfort unfolds. Innovative materials and pre-fabricated structures meet sustainability requirements. This unique design, neither entirely tent nor traditional building, shifts focus from conventional architecture to emphasize spatial perceptions.
