About the project
The cultural centre will fit in the architecture of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. The main task is to create a comfortable environment for cultural and educational activities.
The building consists of five areas – entertainment, exhibition, cafe-restaurant, art school, and a flat roof.
The project will attract the residents throughout the entire Sakhalin region, create new jobs, and contribute to the city development.
