About the project
The planning and spatial concept of this house, as well as its height were affected by the town-planning situation and the site’s location in the historical center of the city. Thehousehasthreestoreysandabasement.
The composition approach to the facades is typical for historical buildings located in the center, and the architectural solutions of the facades are close to classical style.
The building stands at the corner of the site. Two main facades face Volzhskaya and Komsomolskaya Streets. Themainentranceislocatedatthecorner.
At the second floor, there is an exit to an open terrace used for leisure in summer time.
Facades and decorations are made of fibrous concrete.
