About the project
The project entails the restoration of a private house with the addition of a SPA complex and landscaping.
The futurist design reflects the aspiration for change, innovation and experiments, characteristic of this art movement. Futurists believed that it is wrong to copy what has already been invented, so architecture must take on new forms. Villa Millennium features all the hallmarks of such architecture: flowing lines, asymmetry and the illusion of moving planes. Thanks to this creative approach, the villa looks bold and unusual, as if created by an artificial neural network.
The three-story SPA-complex overlooks the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, which is intended to create harmony between the building and nature.
