About the project
Luxurious and outstanding modern building, in an upscale residential area of Tehran.
The main concept has been designed considering the following factors.
1. Spatial components: site location, direction and volume of the natural light, best appearance from both passing cars and pedestrian’s viewpoint.
2. Human perception parameters including identity and sense of place of the project.
3. Time factor that reflects in utilization of modern materials, detail design and constructional methods.
Considering above mentioned factors, I designed the building in folding style combined with minimalistic spot lights and utilization of high contrast modern materials such as punch metal, glass, and steel cables to create a special perspective and culminate the aesthetics of the building.
