About the project
Located at the Oka River, this multi-functional center can become the attraction point for the locals and is seen from cruise liners.
That’s why the design of its facade that faces the river was so important. The pier operated as a yacht club and A-shaped guest houses (with a kitchen and without one) will become integral parts of the cluster. The guest houses, the administrative building, the canteen, and even the utility premises all face the river. The no-roof amphitheater for outdoor concerts are located close to the river bank and offer really picturesque views of the opposite riverside – the one that famous Russian artist Isaak Levitan loved so much.
