About the project
Nazmekan means a beautiful place and is taken from one of the beautiful areas around Gachsaran.
In this project, like all our projects, looking at our history and civilization is very important. The idea of forming the volume of the project was formed from the arches on the ground, and according to the municipal rules, we had to maintain the retreat in the corner of the ground, which is the result of the combination of these two issues. The volume of the building was formed.
In this project, the units on floors 1-3 are designed as two units and units 4-5 are designed as single units.
It is especially important to look at nature and preserve vegetation in different floors. The materials used in the project are native materials of Gachsaran region.
