About the project
The project is locate don a plot inside the city, surrounded by other residents. The plot is at the dead of the road leading to the site. The facade is designed as line and layers of boxes to give a warm welcome feeling .Total carpet area is 3600 sqft with four bedroom, living, kitchen, prayer hall and other rooms. Natural ventilation is created with long windows , and direct sunlight to dry kitchen through big & wide glass roof. Atrium is created to give an openness feeling. Well communicating with surroundings but isolated and give full privacy for the residents was the main challenge of the plot and design. But we achieved this by careful planning and choosing the adequate material. A neem tree was planted during the foundation work near the entrance verandah which has grown through the cutout provided in canopy by completion shows the neat and well curated design and execution.
