About the project
The project was designed for a competition of design drafts of the Nizhny Symphony residential estate (Nizhny Novgorod) and won the 2nd medal place.
The design site is located in the old part of the city, and thus, the design solution is in harmony with the surrounding grounds. It offers a top quality living environment, and at the same time the author remembers that a project should be economically recoverable.
Compact living developments are complemented with cozy green grounds. Above-the-ground part of every building comprises three independent volumes, making the development more diverse and aerial. Play- and sports grounds are designed on the edge of the living premises ensuring acoustic comfort.
