About the project
The main idea was to preserve the industrial appearance of the place, so many cast iron elements were used in the decoration.
The commercial floors are designed as a stylobate that supports the entire building. They are made of red brick; the commercial premises are visually separated from the residential ones. The development is on a former industrial site, so red brick was chosen as the main material to match the colour of the preserved workshops.
