About the project
The plan of the apartment was developed out of the owners’ requirements. Previous housing became cramped after two children were born. Arranging separate children's rooms for each child and a master area for parents was required. Another task was designing a common living-dining room with a kitchen.
The result of the work is an apartment that includes three living rooms, two bathrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a laundry room, a hall with a separate dressing room, a master dressing room, a living-dining room with a kitchen area.
A stylistic solution based on minimalism and hi-tech and a monochrome gamma in shades of gray were chosen.
