About the project
The experts from Zodchy Company assessed the building from the perspective of its further use, studying extensive historical, architectural, urban-planning and archived materials.

The building was renewed and rearranged on the inside after approval by the state authorities. The mansion was included to the list of historical and cultural memorials, and its façade ornamentation from the early 20^th century, vintage interiors, ingenious metal fencing and stairs make it even more precious.
