About the project
The author wonders how can the city develop and get new functions without destroying its historical and architectural landmarks, but protecting and preserving them. The new public center is designed near the Belarus Railway Station, decorated with industrial architecture monuments dating back to the 19th century. In fact, the center will be the centerpiece of the state-of-the-art living quarters, with 8 architectural memorials preserved, plus 6+ hectares of beautified public spaces and private courtyards.
