About the project
The corporate museum of the Okeanrybflot Company is located in the reconstructed building of the ex Volcano restaurant, really close to the company’s headquarters. The square at the entrance, paved with granite stones and equipped with embedded lighting is a symbol of the Milky Way that has always been a reliable guide for sailors.
During reconstruction, the building got new aluminum perforated facades. The perforated openings form a decorative panel that tells stories about the Kamchatka-based fishermen, their work and lives. This is the first interactive museum in the region, where the visitors can learn interesting things about fishing, as well as about the history of the company.
