About the project
The key objective of the project was to develop a split-level volume that would fit smoothly into the surrounding landscape and not become a local centerpiece. That was why the 1st floor was embedded below the ground level, and moreover, it extended the useful space within.
There are three open-air sites for streetball, a universal area for training and sports competitions with stands, a swimming pool, an open mini football stadium, a skateboarding zone, and a cycling pump track. The race track with level difference runs along the outer boundary of the building.
