About the project
The residential complex was planned complimenting the rectangular shape of the site. The project is comprised of five apartments — three on the ground floor, two on the second floor. The large windows provide beautiful vistas of the surrounding nature inclusive of the majestic “Majella”. Technology of photovoltaic panels mounted on the rooftop materials utilize provide almost a “net zero” electrical need from utility company. The exterior is planned with elevations utilizing natural elements that complement the surrounding nature (like wood, water).
