About project
The project of a one-storey 120 m2 private residence presents a perfect option for a family of 3 to 4 people. This is a flexible country house that can be adjusted in accordance with a customer’s needs, facilitating layout modification and various choices of finishing materials to match any budget. This version features premium facade materials: clinker and ceramic tiling.
The house has everything necessary for a comfortable life – a large lounge diner, a kitchen, a master bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe, two bathrooms, two children’s rooms, a closet, a workshop and a boiler house. There is a 26 m2 terrace in front of the lounge, connecting the lounge with the outside.
