About the project
This public and cultural center is designed on the site of the ex Azovstal Factory. The key objective of the project is attracting tourists to the city and the Sea of Azov. The functional structure of the building was inspired by Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs – it starts with the basic ones and finishes with spiritual perfection. The highest point of the facility is the sight seeing platform with a view of the peninsula and the sea.
