About the project
This proposal is intended to preserve and further develop the premises of the research geodetic center built in the times of the Russian Empire.
Some of the abandoned buildings can be readjusted for today’s use.
By the way, this project can be used as a training site, where key requirements, methods, and principles will be formulated as regards to preservation of such old observatories.
