About the project
The project of the club house represents the traditional southern architecture — lots of open terraces and the facade facing the most beautiful street of the city. Big apartments with contemporary comfortable layouts, an extensive lobby, and a SPA center with an outdoor pool in the flat roof add to the general atmosphere. There’s a restaurant at Level 1 with an outdoor terrace outlooking Pushkinskaya Street. Altogether, the house will have 35 apartments and 70 car places in the underground parking lot.
