Pushkarev 12
Pushkarev 12 is a new luxury residential complex situated in the heart of Moscow, nestled along the historic lane that once hosted the Pushkarskaya Sloboda—one of the city’s oldest artisanal quarters. Designed by GAFA Architects under the leadership of Grigorius Gavalidis, a prominent firm in high-end residential architecture, the project approaches the building not as a standard real estate asset, but as a refined architectural artifact. Every facade detail, material choice, and spatial proportion is guided by a singular vision: to craft a true work of architecture rather than mere central Moscow housing.
