About the project
Drawing inspiration from the sea and integrating the “Five Elements” of Chinese Culture, JM Design defines each floor with a theme and color, offering an innovative and diverse working environment and reinforcing the company image. Based on the various function and properties of each floor, utilizing a range of materials, colors, and spatial layouts to create a comfortable and relaxed working environment for employees and help the visitors to identify the spaces.
By systematically integrating multi-functional spaces and adopting multi-dimensional thinking, JM Design expresses the cooperative idea of “the sea embraces many rivers to attain greatness” of Hiron to every employee and visitor through the spatial medium. Meanwhile, JM Design finds a balance and innovative design strategies between the semi-private working spaces and public communication and display areas.

JM design was invited to participate in the office design.The overall design concept follows the “the sea embraces many rivers to attain greatness” of Hiron, emphasizing diversity, openness, and inclusiveness, and applying them to the spatial layout design. Empowered by its flexibility, more multi-purpose areas are created to break the confines of space. Its layout addresses the need for working environments and business requirements of cultural display and business negotiation at the same time.
