About the project
The laced facades of the facility designed in the shape of the Roman Coliseum enclose a multifunctional area with an outdoor swimming pool working as its centerpiece. The entire building is located around the pool basin, which is situated at the level of the underground mechanical room. This room will be used for staff areas, storage rooms, cloakrooms, and shower rooms, as well as a gym, a karaoke bar, and a billiards center.
