About the project
In this project, all the ground floors (and some of the first floors, as necessary) are designed to house public premises. The 2ndand the 3rdfloors are intended for residents.
The site comprises nine key facilities like workshops, offices, a café for max. 50 people, an inbuilt kindergarten for two groups of 15 kids each, cultural and exhibition premises, and a sports center.
Moreover, there will be two underground parkings. Every yard contains children’s playgrounds and sports sites, as well as places for passive rest.
The key feature of the project is that is was embedded into the existing limits, smoothly contouring the neighboring buildings. The development stands on a site with significant height difference and has two exits to two bays and the Samara river.
