Project
Residence #314 Sector 88 Mohali

Best Project of Private Residence

About the project
Providing an environment which was an amalgamation of modern as well as contextual elements was a challenge hence we explored various architectural features.
The inspiration behind the 16 marla residence’s facade was the brise-soleil in chandigarh high court.
This was the perfect element for the facade with respect to the orientation since the sun would get cut at an angle.
This element passively helps create interesting patterns in order to break the monotony of a flat facade.
The brick and jali are iconic to Chandigarh and hence contextual to the vicinity.
