About the project
Built Area: 460m2
Site Area: 750m2
Concept: Conceptual design based on three cubes intercepted by horizontal and vertical planes to form a building with a marked modern style. Developed on three levels, the residence appropriates the rawness of concrete as an expression (Beton Brut) and is inserted into the surrounding landscape in a harmonious way.
Style: Brutalism.
Distribution: first floor — access gallery, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, dispenser and technical closet; second floor — 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and terraces, 3 floor — attic and viewing terrace.
Construction system: structural walls and slabs of reinforcing concrete, steel profiles and concrete slabs on inclined planes.
Finishing touch: visible materials.
