About the project
The residential development was designed at the Smolyanoy Cape (Vyborg) with a view of the Gulf of Finland. There are the town beach and the coffee parlor at the design site which are popular both with the locals and the tourists. The coffee shop will be replaced with a public building — a yacht club with a restaurant and a fast-food outlet.
The buildings of 3 to 6 floors high plus a couple of high-rise towers are designed on a stylobate with the parking area within.
