About the project
The development comprises 7 identical buildings with different numbers of storeys, connected with galleries. Two central blocks are intended for public premises.
Gable facades are finished with glass panels and reflect water and waves of the Gulf of Finland.
Every floor houses two or three apartments, but the heart of every block is a car lift. It can take a car to the garage on the dedicated floor.
